3. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the United States. Shipping times vary based on destination and availability. We are not responsible for delays due to carrier issues or weather conditions.
4. Custom Orders
All custom orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has begun. Please ensure all specifications are correct before placing your order.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns of non-custom items are accepted within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy below for details.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, product designs, and text, are the property of 2020 Innovations LLC and may not be used without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability

Refund Policy
Returns:
We accept returns of non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Custom Orders:
All custom orders are final and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
